How we handle data

This Privacy Policy explains how FixOps (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service.

1) Information we collect

Account information (email, name, role) needed to authenticate and authorize access.
Operational data you enter (work orders, messages, locations, attachments).
Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2) How we use information

Provide the Service (intake, routing, communication, reporting).
Improve accuracy of routing/normalization based on admin corrections.
Secure the Service and prevent abuse.

3) Sensitive data (K-12)

Do not submit student PII or regulated sensitive data. For pilots, use safe test data whenever possible.

4) Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting/auth/email), under appropriate safeguards.

5) Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and support pilots, unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed contractually.
