These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FixOps (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FixOps may be provided as a pilot or beta. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable, and the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Do not share accounts between users.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access. Do not upload content that contains sensitive student PII.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the Service.
Some features may use AI to summarize or route requests. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them, especially for safety-critical work.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe there is misuse or a security risk, or if the pilot ends.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasmer One LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.
